The Order Pickup counter is right at the front of the store. Just pull up the order confirmation on your phone or give them your name. Did you choose in-store pickup or Drive Up?

I chose in-store pickup. But one item in my order is out of stock. What are my options?

We can either refund that item automatically, or check if a nearby Target has it and ship it to you for free. You'll get an email either way. The rest of your order is ready to go.

I'll take the free shipping option. Also, I keep hearing about the RedCard. What's the deal?

The RedCard gives you 5% off every purchase automatically. It comes as a debit card linked to your bank or a Target credit card. You also get free shipping on online orders and an extra 30 days for returns.
