Good question! We have both. Items with an "F" stamped inside are made for factory outlet — still great quality but a different line. Items without the "F" are from the retail stores, marked down. I can show you both.

You have 30 days for a full refund with the receipt. One thing to note — outlet purchases can only be returned to an outlet store, not a regular retail location. Tags need to be on.
