What English phrases do you need in an emergency abroad?

Please treat this as a real emergency! Do not use the elevators. Take the stairwell to your left and proceed to the ground floor. Leave your belongings — your safety comes first.

请当作真正的紧急情况处理！不要使用电梯。走左边的楼梯间到一楼。不要管行李——你的安全最重要。

The assembly point is in the parking lot across the street — look for the staff in yellow vests. Our team is going floor by floor to make sure everyone gets out. The fire department has been called.

集合点在对面街的停车场——找穿黄色背心的工作人员。我们的团队正在逐层确认每个人都撤出了。消防部门已经叫了。

Stay low to the ground — the air is cleaner below the smoke. Cover your nose and mouth with a wet cloth if possible. Follow the illuminated exit signs along the floor. Keep moving toward the stairwell.

Good — you did the right thing pulling the alarm. Now leave the building immediately using the stairs. Do not try to fight the fire yourself. Is there heavy smoke in your hallway?

Knock on her door loudly and tell her to evacuate. If she can't move on her own, help her to the stairwell if it's safe. But if there's heavy smoke between you and her, do NOT risk it — tell us her apartment number and our firefighters will get her.
