Welcome! The water taxi runs on a fixed route with several stops along the harbor. The hotel district is stop number 4 — about a 20-minute ride. We depart every 30 minutes, and the next one leaves in 10 minutes.

If we cancel due to weather — like heavy rain or high winds — you get a full refund or can reschedule for free. If you cancel on your end, we need 24 hours' notice for a full refund. Less than 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable but you can reschedule within 30 days.
