How to order food in English at a restaurant?

We have ribeye, New York strip, filet mignon, and our signature 24-ounce porterhouse for two. All our beef is USDA Prime, dry-aged for 28 days.

For a ribeye, I'd recommend medium-rare — that's a warm red center. It really brings out the marbling. But we can do anything from rare to well-done.

Each steak comes with your choice of one side. We have baked potato, garlic mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, grilled asparagus, or Caesar salad. Additional sides are $8 each.
