There's a photo booth right over there, next to the immigration forms counter. It costs $5 for four photos. You only need one for the visa.

The visa fee is $30 for a 30-day single entry. We accept US dollars, euros, or local currency. Credit cards are also accepted but there's a $2 processing fee.

I see you have your passport and the form, but I don't see proof of a return or onward ticket. We require evidence that you plan to leave within the visa period.

You could book a refundable ticket right now on your phone and show me the confirmation. Or you could show a bus or train ticket to a neighboring country. We just need proof you intend to leave.
